Everything about our service guarantee

All new woodwind instruments are supplied with a case and accessories. The warranty period is two years. Free readjustment of the mechanics within the first six months. All instruments are thoroughly checked by us for response and intonation.

Ich kann mich den Bewertungen hier nur anschließen: die Verkäufer*innen sind sehr hilfsbereit und nehmen sich für den/die Kunden/Kundin Zeit (vorausgesetzt der Laden ist nicht voll).
